The Stage 1 Catering Concepts team is making a difference by fundraising for the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC).
To achieve this, we are hosting a "Taste of Harmony" lunch that celebrates cultural diversity.
All proceeds will be donated to the ASRC's Feast for Freedom campaign, which assists people seeking asylum by providing them with access to essential services necessary for rebuilding their lives in Australia.
This lunch is more than just a meal; it is an opportunity to give back to an organisation that has supported so many of TSC students over the years.Â
The
Catering team will prepare a buffet-style lunch featuring an array of dishes
that reflect the cultural variety of our class. Guests can look forward to
enjoying an assortment of international cuisine, including Filipino Lumpia,
Russian Pelmeni, Greek Gyros, Indian Samosas, Congolese Puff Puff, English
Trifle and more!
