Story

I’m making a difference fundraising for the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC).

I’m doing this by hosting a Feast for Freedom this March to provide people seeking asylum with access to the essential services they need to rebuild their lives in Australia.

This is a meal that makes a difference and I’m inspired by the special recipes gifted by refugees that are taken from their own cultural traditions. Every dollar I raise will go to the ASRC so they can provide essential food, housing and health services to refugees and people seeking asylum.

Brydie and I are so looking forward to hosting another Feast for Freedom dinner! We wish to acknowledge the need of people in our wider community whom desperately rely on support from sources outside the Australian government. These people have fled situations we can barely imagine, and find themselves at the mercy of our kindness. 
All beings deserve to live with dignity, in safety, and with hope for a future of prosperity. Let's pitch in to ease the burden for these folks. All change starts with small deeds. If not us, who, if not now, when?
