Bianca’s Birthday Feast

Story

The Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC) do such important work.

I’m doing this by hosting a Feast for Freedom this March to provide people seeking asylum with access to the essential services they need to rebuild their lives in Australia.
This will be the third time I have hosted a feast. I love to spend my birthday week making a difference, honouring the refugee history of my family and cooking delicious food for people.
This is a meal that makes a difference and I’m inspired by the special recipes gifted by refugees that are taken from their own cultural traditions. Every dollar I raise will go to the ASRC so they can provide essential food, housing and health services to refugees and people seeking asylum.

Please make a donation to help me reach this goal.

Thank you.

Cooking is in my blood

Saturday 17th Feb
On both sides my grandparents were refugees…. And both of them had cafes known for their delicious food. I love to cook for my family pretty much daily and my daughter is always telling me I need to share my cooking and whilst I am pretty sure a restaurant or cafe is not in my future I love to cook for this event each year.
I would love to cook for you
