Story

Jesuit Social Services believes that people seeking asylum and refugees should live in a society where they can thrive. Our office is therefore rolling up our sleeves and applying our culinary skills, to make a difference fundraising for the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC).

We are doing this by hosting a Feast for Freedom this April to provide people seeking asylum with access to the essential services they need to rebuild their lives in Australia. All people should have access to these basic, essential services.

This is a meal that makes a difference and we are inspired by the special recipes gifted by refugees that are taken from their own cultural traditions. Every dollar we raise will go to the ASRC so they can provide essential food, housing and health services to refugees and people seeking asylum.

Please make a donation to help us reach this goal.

Thank you!
