Story

I’m making a difference fundraising for the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC).

I’m doing this by hosting a Feast for Freedom this March to provide people seeking asylum with access to the essential services they need to rebuild their lives in Australia.

This is a meal that makes a difference and I’m inspired by the special recipes gifted by refugees that are taken from their own cultural traditions. Every dollar I raise will go to the ASRC so they can provide essential food, housing and health services to refugees and people seeking asylum.

Only a few days to go until we feast out on delicious Persian (Iranian) food. Can't wait! 

I've chosen a few recipes from ASRC and a couple that I already knew. I just love the spices and flavours of Persia. Scrumptious. 

Looking forward to seeing all my guests for our Easter brunch feast.
